Chicken Malai Boti Samosa

Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Chicken boneless (chunks ) 800 g
Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt 1 cup
Green chili paste 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream 1 pack
Oil (for cooking) 3 tbsp
Heated coal (for smoke) 1 piece
Oil (for smoke) 1 tsp

Ingredients for Creamy Mayo Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Sweet chili sauce 1/2 cup
Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream Half Pack

Ingredients for Chicken Malai Boti Samosa:
Samosa patti as required
Flour mixture (all-purpose flour 1/4 cup + water 1/2 cup)
Prepared chicken as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Chicken Preparation:
1. In a bowl add chicken, Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt, green chili paste, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, lemon juice, salt, Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream and mix it well.
2. In a pan heat oil and add chicken. Cook until chicken is fully done. Set aside.

3. In a bowl add mayo, sweet chili sauce, Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Chicken Malai Boti Samosa Preparation:
4. Take a samosa patti and brush flour mixture on it on one end. Make a samosa shape and fill it with prepared chicken mixture.
5. Now seal the samosa with flour mixture properly.
Note: They can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 1 month
6. Deep fry them until crispy and golden brown. Your Chicken Malai Boti Samosa is ready. Serve and enjoy.
