I never measure the ingredients. I just kind of use whatever I have and just toss and go. I usually make about 2 jars the night before and drink my smoothie for breakfast in the morning. I will clean out your system if you haven’t been eating right. I try to drink at least 3 green smoothies a week. I do have other juicing recipes that I do use that are not green smoothies. Most of the items were purchased from Whole Foods, the Farmer’s Market, or my local grocery.
