Hariyali Egg Biryani is a delicious and aromatic dish with basmati rice cooked using fresh herbs and some times with spinach
Hariyali egg biryani
Ingredients;-
For the masala paste;-
Kabab chini – 1tsp
Garlic Pods – 8
Green chillies – 4
Mint – 1 bunch
Coriander leaves – 2 bunch
Ginger – ½ inch
Oil – as required
For the biryani;-
Boiled eggs – 6
Basmati rice – 3 cups
Whole garam masala
Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
Shahjeera – 1tsp
Curd – 1cup
Biryani masala powder – 1tbs
Brown onions – 1/2cup
Saffron water – 1tsp
Oil – as required
Salt – to taste
Water – as required
method ;-
Heat apan add oil, kabab chini, garlic, green chillies, mint,
Coriander leaves, ginger, and roast it.
Transfer in to a mixie jar and grind in to a fine paste.
Take another pan add oil, whole garam masala, ginger garlic paste,
Shahjeera, grinded hariyali paste, curd, biryani masala powder,
Brown onions, salt, and cook in a slow flame. Add turmeric powder,
And mix it.
In hot water, add oil, some salt, soaked basmati rice, and cook it.
In the gravy, add boiled eggs, boiled rice, brown onions, some
Hariyali masala paste, and add saffron water, and cook in medium flame
For 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, serve with raita.
