I shared with you guys what I eat in breakfast and you loved it. So, I thought to cook for you guys what I eat for lunch as well! Do share with me what you have for your lunch?

Chicken Skewers Recipe:
Ingredients:
Chicken in small pieces(cubes)
Tikka masala
Wood skewers
Capsicum (cut in cubes)
Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
Instructions:
Marinate chicken using tikka masala of your choice for minimum 30mins.
Cut small cubes of capsicum.
Put 3 pieces of chicken or more on a skewer.
Add capsicum cubes for better appearance between chicken cubes.
Heat Pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Place skewer on it and cook till meat is fully cooked.
Salad Recipe:
Ingredients:
Chickpeas half cup
Red beans half cup
Capsicum(chopped) 2-3 tablespoons
Red Onion (chopped) 3-4 tablespoons
Tomatos(chopped) 3-4 tablespoons
Lemon juice of one full lemon
Salt as per taste
Chaat masala as per taste
Instruction:
Take a large bowl, add all above mention ingredients and mix well!
And your salad is ready.
