TROPICAL SMOOTHIE – 1-Minute Video! – This absolutely awesome smoothie is perhaps our new favourite! We love the fabulous combination of tropical fruit flavours and the addition of chia seeds and protein powder making it the perfect post-workout pick-me-up!
Here’s how to make it, serving 2:
INGREDIENTS
1 banana
1 C of pineapple, chopped
1 C of mango, chopped
1 C of coconut, chopped
1 T of chia seeds
1 T of protein powder
1 cup of ice
1 C of unsweetened coconut beverage
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Place all of the ingredients in order of appearance in the recipe into a blender or the canister of a Vitamix. Blend for two minutes. Pour into tall glasses. Enjoy!
