Mustard-Apricot Pork Chops

Ingredients
⅓ cup Apricot preserves
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 Pork loin chops (½ to ¾ inch thick)
3 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon  salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Hot cooked rice and beet salad

Preparations
1.In small saucepan over low heat, cook and stir preserves and mustard until preserves are melted; set aside
2.Season pork chops with salt,pepper and red pepper flakes
3. Place pork chops on a lightly greased pan and bake From the heat for 5 minutes Brush with half of the glaze; turn pork chops and bake for another 2-4 minutes more or until meat juices run clear.
