Marination :
400 gms Pork Belly (washed well, cleaned & cut into medium size chunks)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder (haldi powder)
½ tsp Cumin Powder (jeera powder)
½ tsp Fennel Powder (saunf powder)
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder (kalimirch powder)
1 tbsp Coriander Powder (dhaniya powder)
1 tbsp heaped Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tsp heaped Ginger Garlic Paste (adrak-lehsun paste)
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1 tbsp White Vinegar
1 tbsp Coconut Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
Other Ingredients:
2 to 3 tbsp Coconut Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
2 nos Bay Leaves (tej patte)
1 no. Cinnamon Stick (dalchini)
2 nos. Green Cardamoms (hari elaichi)
5 to 6 nos Black Peppercorns (sabut kali mirch)
3 nos Cloves (laung)
2 medium size (150 gms) Onions – sliced
1 tbsp (7 gms) Ginger – finely chopped
12 to 15 nos (15 gms) Garlic – finely chopped
1 sprig Curry Leaves
250 to 300 ml Water (used after rinsing the marinated bowl)
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder (kali mirch powder)
1 sprig Curry Leaves
3 to 4 nos Green Chillies (whole, slit or punctured)
Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
Use Oil as per your diet restrictions
Use Chillies as per your spice preference
Always wash curry leaves & coriander leaves before use
