1 kg pork shoulder
250 ml red wine
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 bay leaf
3 grains allspice
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 carrot
1 onion
60 ml sunflower oil
Parsley for serving
Boiled rice for serving
