Zucchini & banana smoothie
Serves 1

4.5 fl oz. unsweetened almond or coconut milk
a small handful of fresh spinach or lettuce leaves
¼ cup ripe banana
⅓ cup vanilla flavor whey or rice protein powder (optional)
2 tsps. shelled hemp seed or flaxseed
⅓ cup zucchini
4 ice cubes

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
Serve.
Consume immediately.
