Ingredients:
• 100 g baby spinach
• 1 medium avocado
• 1 Red Pepper
• 1 Red Onion
• 5 Radishes
• 5 Cherry Tomatoes
• 200 g Chicken Breast
•Salt
•Pepper
Dressing:
•Honey
•Mustard
•1 tablespoon Olive Oil
•1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
Step 1:
In a large bowl, add the baby spinach.
Step 2:
Cut the red pepper, the red onion, the avocado, the radishes and the cherry tomatoes and add them on the bowl too, together with the baby spinach.
Step 3:
Cut the chicken into slices and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4:
On a preheated pan, add 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil- you can use your favorite oil- and start frying the chicken.
Step 6:
Add the chicken and start preparing the dressing: combine 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Incorporate the dressing into the salad and serve immediately!
