This Potato Salad is my favourite childhood recipe and it must be present on each New Year’s Eve table. Funny enough, but I thought that this salad is Russian favourite, but I’ve recently discovered that I was wrong and same recipe is really popular among Persians as well. Whenever the origin is, let’s all enjoy this delicious salad!

Ingredients
3 large potatoes, boiled
2 eggs, hard boiled
1 cup chicken, shredded
1 cup frozen peas and 1 cup carrots, boiled or 2 cups frozen peas and carrots mix, boiled
Dressing
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 crushed garlic clove
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 cup cubed kosher dill pickles
2 tablespoons dill pickles brine
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
