Hey Guys Today I’m making Salads,, 5 salads For the whole work week..Make the sprouts on Thursday Clean and Soak the lentils and beans on Thursday so in 4 days by Sunday they will be nice and ready..And on Sunday make the salads and keep it in the refrigerator and take one out each day and enjoy with your meal… If you want add the salt just before eating.
