EASY GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE: (EAT SOME GOOD GUIDE: PULP KITCHEN)

Home

In this episode of Kim D’Eon’s Eat Some Good Guide, she visits Pulp Kitchen in the east end neighbourhood of Riverside where it’s been a staple vegetarian eatery for almost 15 years. Kim and owner Marie Crawford whizz up Pulp Kitchen’s popular “Vitality” green smoothie

Marie is on a mission to making healthy food more available for everyone. Pulp Kitchen has a healthy lunch combo for only $10 which includes a sandwich or salad and fresh pressed juice.

Although it’s a vegetarian eatery, it doesn’t advertise itself as such. Marie prefers to stay away from labels and just focus on health. She does this by making all her food fresh daily with the right combination of nutrients to support optimal health.

PK uses local and organic products when possible and offer a range of juices, smoothies, soups, salads and sandwiches.
