Here is a great coffee smoothie recipes that only takes a few minutes to prepare. Just add cold coffee, ice, 1 banana, raw cacao nibs or cacao powder, coconut milk, and your favorite sweetener.
The health benefits:
– Coffee and raw cacao are loaded with antioxidants
– Coconut milk contains lauric acid (immune boosting properties) and medium chain fats that are an excellent energy source.
– Banana is a good source of potassium, and an excellent source of carbohydrates.
