Here’s the recipe:
PASSION FRUIT MOJITO
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) White Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Soda Water
1 oz. (30ml) Simple Syrup
Passionfruit
Lime Wedges
Mint Leaves
PREPARATION
1. Push passion fruit through a strainer to release juice. Keep seeds and set aside.
2. Drop lime slices, mint leaves and passionfruit seeds into base of glass and drizzle with simple syrup. Muddle.
3. Add ice to glass and add rum, lime juice and passion fruit juice. Stir gently.
4. Top with soda water and garnish with mint leaves, passion fruit seeds and half a passion fruit. Enjoy responsibly!
