Hey y’all! Another video related to food and dance (what’s new?) haha. I hope you enjoyed this video! This is typically what I like to eat during a long day of dance. Everything was so delicious and I highly recommend that salad recipe! Also, Cafe Gratitude is an all vegan restaurant that I absolutely love! See you next time!

Overnight Oats Recipe
– 1/2 Cup Oats
– 2 tsp of Chia Seeds
– 1/2 Cup Of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
– 1 Banana ( I mash half and then use the other half for coins as a topping)
– 1 tsp of Peanut Butter (I mash it in with the banana so it’s evenly distributed)
– 1 tsp of local honey (or sweetener of your choice)
– 1 tsp of Cacao Nibs (optional for topping. but i highly recommend)
