Welcome back to my channel!!! So today it’s all about smoothing and the great benefits it contains. Here is my quick little recipe for a basic smoothie I do promote you to add more fruits and vegetables to it. But hey it’s up to you ?… I am not a nutritionist I’m just speaking on research that I’ve looked up for my health to add to my smoothies to make them better and to improve my health . Everything I put in the smoothie has way more Health benefits but it was too many for me to name so I named a few. Also follow

Recipe Triple-B
2 cups of pea milk or which ever milk you prefer
1 Tablespoon of cinnamon
1 Tablespoon of Tumeric
2 tablespoons of flaxseed’s
2 tablespoons of Aloe juice
1 tablespoon of honey
1 banana or 2 to your liking
1 whole beet-root
3/4 of blueberries
3/4 of raspberries
3/4 of blackberries
3/4 a piece of whatever dark leafy greens you have.
A half of piece of ginger you can add as much as you like.
You can add
cucumbers
Fennel
celery
Oats
Mint
Cilantro
Oranges
