Smoothie Ingredients
1 1/2 oz swiss chard
4 oz pineapple
1 orange – peeled
1/2 avocado – pitted
2 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup water, 1 cup ice

Pineapple is high in vitamin C, which is of course great for your immune system, but it’s also high in manganese, which is essential for strong bones and connective tissue. Additionally, pineapple contains the enzyme bromelain, a potent anti-inflammatory and cancer fighter. Both pineapple and chia seeds are high in fiber, with chia also being high in Omega-3s and calcium. When you add in half an avocado and coconut flakes, you get a sweet, creamy smoothie with tons of fiber to keep you full and satisfied all day long!
