Here’s the recipe:
ONCE UPON A TIME IN MEXICO
2 oz. (60ml) Mezcal
¼ oz. (7ml) Peach liqueur
¾ oz. (22ml) Lemon Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Habanero Peach Syrup
[simmer 4 peaches and 2 habanero peppers for 10 minutes, strain with a fine filter and add sugar]
6 dashes Critter Bitters
1 egg white
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing glass, combine ingredients and shake well with ice.
2. Remove ice and shake again to create froth.
3. Strain mix into serving glass and garnish with a peach slice. Enjoy responsibly!
