1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp Black Pepper Corns
¼ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
3 Green Cardamoms
3 Cloves
A small pc nutmeg
One Black Cardamom
2 Pcs Cinnamon
1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves

2 Bay Leaves
2 finely Chopped Onions
One & ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tomatoes
Paste of two Tomatoes
½ Cup Curd
2 tbsp Kadhai Masala (which we have prepared)
Ginger Julienne
2 Green Chillies
Fresh Coriander leaves
2 Tbsp Fresh Cream
1 tsp Oil
2 Dried Red Chillies
