1.PUMPKIN COOKIE DOUGH BALLS:
-8 pitted medjool dates
-4tbs apple sauce
-1 tbs almond butter
-3 or 4 tbs pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling!)
-1/4 cup almond milk
-pinch of vanilla extract
-1/2 cup coconut flour
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder (next time I’ll use 1 up nutrition vegan vanilla protein for a better taste)
-2 tsp cinnamon
-1/2 tsp nutmeg
-3 tbs chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
1.Pit the dates and place them in bowl with warm water for 5 minutes to help them soften.
2.Add all ingredients (except the chocolate chips) to a blender or food processor and blend.
3.Add in chocolate chips.
4.Roll into balls and place in fridge or freezer.
Makes 15 balls

-3/4 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
-1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
-1/2 cup coco powder
-1/2 cup gluten free old fashioned oats
-1/2 cup granulated stevia
-2 tbs powdered peanut butter (I use ieat protein chocolate flavor) code “HAYLEY” saves you 20-40%
-1 egg
-1 tsp baking powder
-Pinch of salt
-Chocolate chips (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
1.Pre-heat oven to 375F
2.Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
3.Bake for 15 minutes

-2 ripe bananas
-1/4 cup coconut flour
-1/2 cup oat flour
-3/4 cup vanilla protein powder
-1 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
-3 egg whites
-1/2 tbs stevia
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-1 tsp baking soda
-Pinch of salt
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1/4 cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
1.Pre heat oven to 375F
2.Mash bananas in bowl and combine other ingredients
3.Line 2 pans with parchment paper or coconut oil
4.Split battle between 2 pans and cook for 25 minutes
Makes 14 pieces
