SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
1 SMALL SIZE FINELY CHOPPED ONION
FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
2 SMALL SIZE LEMON
4 BREAD SLICES
BREAD CRUMBS
1 EGG
METHOD
TAKE A PAN.ADD CHICKEN,BLACK PEPPER,SALT AND 1/2 CUP WATER.NOW COOK IT
WHEN CHICKEN HAS COOED. TAKE OUT IN A PLATE AND LEAVE FOR COOL AND MAKE SMALL PIECES AND KEEP IT ASIDE
HEAT 2 TBS OIL IN A PAN.ADD ONION,SHALLOW FRY IT
ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE,RED CHILLI POWDER AND MIX IT.ADD CHICKEN AND COOK FOR 30 SEC
NOW ADD GARAM MASALA,CORIANDER LEAVES,SALT,2 LEMON JUICE.MIX WELL AND COOK FOR 30 SEC
CHICKEN IS READY. TAKE OUT IN A PLATE AND KEEP ASIDE
TAKE A BOWL AND ADD EGG,PINCH OF SALT AND MIX IT.EGG MIXTURE IS READY. KEEP IT ASIDE
TAKE A WATER IN A DEEP PLATE AND DIP BREAD IN IT.SQUEEZE ALL WATER FROM IT BY PRESSING.PUT CHICKEN IN BREAD AND GIVE IT A CYLINDRICAL SHAPE
NOW DIP BREAD ROLLS IN EGG MIXTURE AND COAT WITH BREAD CRUMBS.NOW FRY IT IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN
