Mango Payasam is a south Indian dessert made with season fresh mango. This also contains lots of dry fruits, vermicelli & for sweetness jaggery is used which makes this dish totally unique & delicious.
Mango panna cotta is North Italian delicacy & it also become popular in other countries. It is one of the most tasty mango desserts & is served in kitchens & restaurants around the world.

MANGO PAYASAM
INGREDIENTS –
Pinch of saffron
1 tbsp warm water

2 tbsp clarified butter
2 cup milk
2 tbsp jaggery
1/2 cup vermicelli
2 tbsp pistachios (chopped)
2 tbsp almonds (chopped)
2 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp grated coconut
¼ cup mango pulp
For Garnish –
3 tbsp mango (cubed)
1 tbsp pistachio (chopped)
1 tbsp almond (chopped)
1 tsp grated coconut
INSTRUCTIONS –
1. In a small bowl, add a pinch of saffron & 1 tbsp warm water.
2. Cover with aluminum foil & set aside
3. Heat 1 tbsp clarified butter in a pan & add vermicelli & cook till golden brown.
4. Remove in bowl & set aside
5. In the same pan, add remaining 1 tbsp clarified butter.
6. Add almond, pistachio & raisins. Sauté for 2 minutes
7. Add milk, soaked saffron & mango puree.
8. Now add jagarry. Cook till jaggery melts.
9. Add roasted vermicelli & cook till it thickens.
10. Add coconut & turn off heat
11. Garnish with fresh mango, almonds & pistachio.
12. Sprinkle grated coconut & serve

MANGO PANNA COTTA
INGREDIENTS –
For Mango Layer –

1/2 cup water
12 gm china grass
1 cup mango pulp
1 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp sugar
Lime zest

For milk layer –
2 cup milk
16 gm china grass
2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp chopped mango – for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS –

1. Heat a pan, Add water & soaked china grass.
2. Add mango pulp, sugar, lime juice & lime zest. Cook for 4 – 5 minutes
3. Place the serving glass in a muffin mold so that it gets tilted slightly.
4. Pour in prepared mango mixture till it reaches the rim.
5. Refrigerate it for 2 hours, till it sets completely.
6. After 1 hour, make sure to check the mango has set completely.
7. Now prepare the milk mixer.
8. Heat a pan; add milk, china grass & sugar. Cook for 5 minutes
9. Pour the milk into glass.
10. Refrigerate it for 2 hours, till it sets completely.
11. Garnish with few chopped mangoes & enjoy mango panna cotta.
