Avocado Sago Recipe
Ingredients
3 ripe avocados (3/4 kilo)
½ cup mini sago (tapioca pearls)
1 cup condensed milk
1 pack(250ml) all-purpose cream
5-6 cup water (for cooking mini sago)
Procedure
1. In a pot put 5-6 cups of water. Bring it into a boil. Once it boils add the mini sago (tapioca pearls). Stir to avoid sago from sticking together.
2. Cover and cook over medium heat until sago(tapioca pearl) is translucent.
3. Check every 5 minutes to stir and see if its already cook. Add water as needed until the sago is cook or translucent.
4. Turn off the heat even some of the sago has a little white part left in the center the remaining heat will cook it.
5. Drain water from the sago. Wash sago with cold or tap water. Set aside.
6. Cut avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out avocado meat into a bowl.
7. Cut 1 piece of avocado into cubes for the toppings.
8. In a bowl combine avocado, all-purpose cream, condensed milk and cooked mini sago(tapioca pearls). Mix until well combined.
9. Put avocado sago in ice cream cups or any container. Then put avocado cubes on top.
10. Cover ice cream cups and chill in the ref until you’re ready to eat it.
Yields: 11 pcs
