Thick Smoothie Recipe Tutorial

I created 2 Smoothies on this video. The first one is BANANA MANGO SMOOTHIE and the second one is MANGO STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE.

You can revise the ingredients based on your preference.

Ingredients:
Mango Banana
2 Bananas
Half cup mango
Half Cup Yogurt
Ice Cube
Chia Seeds

Mango Strawberry
1 cup strawberry
Half Cup Mango
Sugar
Yogurt
Chia Seeds

Procedure:
Chia Seeds:
Put 40 grams of chia seeds on one liter of water.
Stir well
Wait until chia seeds will become gelatinous.

Mango Banana:
Put all ingredients in blender
Blend until desired thickness is reached
Put in the glass and its done.

Mango Strawberry:
Put mango, yogurt, sugar in blender
Blend until desired thickness is reached.
Make sure that this smoothie is thicker than the second one
Put strawberry, yogurt and ice.
Blend until desired thickness is reached but not to the point that this is thicker than the first one so that it will float.
Pour slowly so it will float and not blend on the first smoothie.
