Chicken tikka .Learn to make chicken tikka at home.Its very easy and delicious. Before making chicken tikka in microwave we need to marinate with some spices.which makes chicken soft and tender. I hope you all like it please don’t forget to subscribe and like my video.
Ingredients :
boneless chicken – 500 gm
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Besan-1 tsp
Hung curd-1 cup
Salt to taste
Mustard oil
Chopped capsicum – 1
Chopped onions – 1
Chopped tomatos – 1
Method :
1) first marination:
– take bonless chicken in a bowl. Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and lemon juice. Mix everything well and rest for 15 min.
2) 2nd Marination :
-take hung curd in a bowl.
– add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste, garam masala, mustard oil, besan and mix it well.
-now add marinated chicken, chopped capsicum, onions and tomatoes.
-mix everything and keep aside for 20 min
-now take skewers and thread it.
-take a microwave plate and greese with butter.
– now keep all the skewers with little gap.
-preheat the microwave in convection mode at 180 deg
– kepp the microwave plate on high rack and grill it for 15-20 min.
-now take it out and greese with oil and flip the skewers
-again grill for 20 min.
Chicken tikka is ready.
