Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, diced
Butter
4 to 8 spring onions, finely sliced
4 to 10 cloves of garlic, crushed
200 to 400g sliced mushrooms
400ml chicken stock
200ml sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
paprika to sprinkle over the top at the end if desired
