Shane over at Never Trust A Skinny Chef Shane, wanted to do this so allot of us YouTubers jump in to do a fighting cancer video. The is an easy bbq chicken thigh recipe that just about anyone could do. Chicken thighs are very forgiving when it comes to temps so overcooking is not a huge concern. By using my BBQ chicken braising it will add flavor to your bbq chicken thighs and it add moisture and help to soften the skin so your bbq chicken can have bite through skin. I cooked my bbq chicken thighs on the Weber, because so many people have one and I thought it could be easily adjusted for other types of bbq pits.
