The Oats Apple Smoothie is a simple, quick and healthy smoothie. This is an ideal smoothie for breakfast. Healthy and filling smoothie with the goodness of apple, oats, almonds, dates and milk. This is very easy to prepare and tastes delicious. Most importantly, you can replace one meal with this healthy smoothie.
Ingredients
Apple : 2 medium sized
Oats : 4 tbsp
Almonds: 8
Dates: 4
Milk: 1 glass
Step 1: In a small blending jar, add apple pieces, almonds and dates. Grind it. We’ll get a thick smooth paste. Keep it aside.
Step 2 : In a big blending jar, add milk, oats and the prepared apple paste. Blend together. Oats Apple Smoothie is now ready to be served. Do try this recipe.
