Spicy Mango Smoothie Recipe | Orange, mango smoothy
As a snack, breakfast, or light lunch or to help you stay cool, get healthy, lose weight, and have energy – This spicy mango smoothie does the job!
Mango Smoothie Recipe:
1 cup of frozen or fresh mango, chopped
1/2 cup of ice
1/4 avocado
Zest of 1 large orange
1 orange, peeled
1/2 cup of coconut water
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp of honey
(less or more depending on how sweet you like your drinks)
Juice of 1 lime
Blend everything together and ENJOY!
