Here’s the recipe:
JACK HORNER
2 oz. (60ml) Bourbon
½ oz. (15ml) Cynar
½ oz. (15ml) Cocchi Rose Aperitif
2 dashes Plum Bitters
2 drops Saline
1 drop Activator
Grapefruit peel
Garnish: Grapefruit peel, cherry
PREPARATION
1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir well with ice to chill.
2. Strain into a coupe glass and express a grapefruit peel on the edge of the glass.
3. Garnish with a cherry/grapefruit peel skewer. Enjoy responsibly!
