INGREDIENTS:

For Chicken Marination

1. Chicken 1kg
2. Paprika Powder 2Tbsp
3. Cinnamon Powder 1tsp
4. Salt 2Tbps
5. Lemon juice 2-3 Tbsp
6. Olive Oil 2Tbsp
7. Ginger Garlic paste 2Tbsp

For Crispy Coating

8. Flour 2 Cups
9. Corn Flour 1 Cup
10. Sal 1Tbsp
11. Paprika Powder 1Tsp
12. Eggs 1-2

DIRECTIONS:

1. Use a fork, to poke holes into the Chicken for deep marination.
2. Place chicken in a deep utensil and apply Paprika powder, Cinnamon powder, Salt, Lemon juice, Olive Oil and Ginger Garlic paste.
3. Gently apply the marination ingredients and coat the chicken pieces nice and evenly.
4. Let the chicken marinate for at least 3-4 hours.
5. Take a bowl and mix flour, corn flour, paprika and salt for crispy coating.
6. Take a separate bowl and beat 1-2 eggs.
7. Dip each chicken piece in eggs, apply coating mixture evenly.
8. In preheated oil, deep fry chicken pieces until golden brown.
