CASHEW OUTSIDE

2 oz. (60ml) White Whiskey
¾ oz. (22ml) Cynar 70
¾ oz. (22ml) Persimmon Puree
¾ oz. (22ml) Cashew Orgeat
½ oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
Garnish: Orange Peel, Grated Chocolate
PREPARATION
1. Combine white whiskey, cynar 70, persimmon puree, cashew orgeat, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into a collins glass over ice.
3. Express and drop in an orange peel. Grate chocolate over for garnish.
