This chicken rice is a complete meal, contains good carbohydrates,
protein,fat and vegetables.
High protein chicken rice.
Cooking Time 20 min.
Ingredients
100 gm chicken.
1/2 cup broccoli.
1/2 cup beans.
1/2 cup carrot.
1/2 cap capsicum.
1 tablespoon oil.
1 teaspoon black pepper.
2 teaspoon chopped ginger-garlic.
chopped green chilli.
2 teaspoon salt.
1/2 cup rice.
1 teaspoon red chilli sauce.
1 teaspoon say sauce.
1 teaspoon vinegar.
1 cup water.
Procedure.
1.Heat a kadai add 1 tablespoon oil, add chicken
and cook for 2 min on both sides.
2.Add salt, ginger-garlic and chopped green chillies and saute for 1 min. om high flame.
3.Add water cover it and cook for 5 min.
4.Add chopped vegetables.
5.Add rice and water, cook for 10 min on low flame.
6.Add red chilli sauce, say sauce, vinegar and mix it well
Healthy chicken rice is ready to serve.
