Healthy mushroom salad !!
Ingredients
Mushroom (cooked)-1cup
Red bell pepper – 1/2 cup
Green bell pepper – 1/2 cup
Sweet corn. – 1/2 cup
Cucumber. – 1 cup
Lettuce. – 1/2 cup
Parsley leaves. – 2 tbs
Salad dressing ingredients//
Balsamic vinegar -1tsp
Olive oil. – 1 tsp
Salt. -1/2 tsp
Lemon juice. – 1/2 lemon
Preparation//
Mix the salad dressing ingredients in a bowl and add all the chopped vegetables in to it . Mix it very well the salad is ready.
