INGREDIENTS
Finely chopped Red onions – 1/2 cup (make sure onion must be cut very finely)
Finely chopped green chilli – 1/2 tsp
Cucumber – 1/2 cup
Carrots – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1/4 tsp
Salt – as per taste
METHOD
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Season to taste with salt. Chill raita, covered, until ready to serve.
