Ingredients :-

1. Chicken (चिकन) – 1 Kg
2. Asafetida / Heeng (हींग) – A pinch
3. Turmeric Powder (हल्दी) – 1 tbsp
4. Cloves (लौंग) – 4
5. Shredded Ginger (कटा हुआ अदरक) – 2 inch long single piece
6. Hot Spices Powder (गर्म मसाला पाउडर) – 1 tbsp
7. Dried Fenugreek (कसूरी मेथी) – 1 tbsp
8. Coriander Leaves (धनिये के पत्ते) – 40 gm
9. Dry gourd (सोंठ) – 1/2 tbsp
10. Mathania Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – 5 tbsp [you can also use any other red chilli powder]
11. Clarified Butter / Shudh Ghee (घी) – 100 ml
12. Onion Puree (प्याज की प्यूरी) – 4
13. Curd (दही) – 100 ml
14. Salt (नमक) – 2 tbsp
