Chilli Chicken 65 Pav
Ingredients:
300 gm chicken breast, cleaned and cut into small cubes (boneless)
1/4 cup thick plain yogurt
½ pkt Knorr Chinese Chilli Soup
1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
10-12 curry leaves
2 tsp butter
2–3 cups of oil, for frying

Method:
For the Chicken and frying
1) Mix the yogurt with all the spices, Knorr Chinese Chilli Soup, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, and some salt.
2) Add the chicken pieces to this and mix well.
3) When you are ready to fry, heat the oil in a kadai or pan.
8) Now fry the pav with butter and now stuff the pav with the fried chicken & some green chutney, sliced onions and mint leaves.
