Spinach, mozzarella, ground beef lasagne recipe


500g ground beef
500ml cream
300g spinach
250g mozzarella cheese
lasagne noodles
salt & pepper

Fry the meat in a hot pan and scatter salt & pepper to it. When the meat looks good give the spinach in the pan and stir it a few minutes. Add the cream and let it simmer 5 minutes.Give a bit in an oven form and cover it with lasagne noodles. Give a bit meat spinach mix in the form and place mozzarella slices. Fill the form to the top. Add 300ml water and lay mozzarella slices on top. Put the form in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 30 minutes and enjoy.
