Hi everybody! I’m back! Today’s video is a very simple smoothie recipe that I’ve been actually drinking daily for the past 2 weeks now. It gives you protein, veggies and carbs! And it’s my go to smoothie now that I’m a part of this 6 week challenge that I signed up for:) Hope y’all enjoy it and I’d love to hear your feedback should you decide to make it!
Ingredients:
1 Scoop BPI Strawberries and Cream Protein
1/2 Cup Strawberries (I generally use blueberries, I prefer blueberries, :))
1/2 Cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
Handful of Spinach
