Recipe:
1 Mung Bean-100gm
2 Broccoli-as required
3 Carrot-as required
4 Onion-1N’o
5 Mushroom-as required
6 Paneer-25gm
7 Lemon Juice-5ml
8 Salt-to taste
9 Black pepper-1tsp
10 Chaat Masala -1tsp
Method:
1 Soak mung bean in water for whole 6-8 hours.
2 Take a muslin cloth put mung bean and tightly give knot leave for night.
3 Take heavy bottom pan put water in it bowl sprouts for 10min.
4 Stain it Well take one bowl put sprouts,Finely chopped Vegetable .5 put salt,black pepper,lemon juice,chaat masala and mix it well.its done.
