In this video I am making different unique dish of Chicken. Its a Chicken Francese. Chicken francese is an Italian- American dish. Its very tasty chicken francese with aromatic flavor and taste.
Chicken Francese Recipe:
Ingredients:
Chicken boneless: Cut into butterfly cuts: 4
Oil: 3-4 tbsp
Butter: 1 tbsp
Cilantro
Egg: 2
All Purpose flour
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Pepper: 1/2 tsp
SAUCE PREPARATION:
Chicken stock: 1/2 cup
Butter: 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
METHOD:
Cut chicken into butterfly pieces.
Flatten the chicken with the help of hammer.
Now apply a pinch of salt and black pepper on chicken pieces.
Now in eggs, add cilantro, salt and black pepper.
Now coat flour to chicken pieces and dip into egg.
I a wok add oil and butter.
When butter melts put chicken pieces in it.
Cook 4-5 minutes each side on medium flame.
When cooked from both sides take it from wok.
Now prepare sauce.
in the same wok add chicken stock, butter and lemon juice.
When chicken stock starts boiling cook for one minute.
Put the fried chicken piece in sauce.
Cook for 4-5 minutes on high flame.
Then turn off the flame.
Garnish with cilantro and lemon slices.
