In this easy cooking video, I make some chicken and rice in my crockpot, or slow cooker. The ingredients to this easy slow cooker recipe are a package of boneless skinless chicken thighs, 2 cups of water, 2 cups of rice, and a 22.6 ounce can of Cream of Mushroom Soup. I seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper and cooked the chicken and rice for 5 1/2 hours on low. Then added the Cream of Mushroom Soup at the end.
