Ground Beef Stroganoff (My #1 Recipe), Mashed Cauliflower and Green Beans


This is Day 3 of my 5 Day cooking Challenge from September. For some reason, the video never went public, so you get it now, in early October, when there might be a little nip in the air and a hearty and comforting meal really appeals. This is one of my most popular recipes: Ground Beef Stroganoff. It’s simple, can be done start to finish in 30 minutes or less, and is Autoimmune-Paleo Friendly. Add creamy mashed cauliflower and green beans and you have a classic, comfort meal that won’t keep you in the kitchen for hours!
