The Wall's House Salad Recipe – Easy & Healthy!


Here is a delicious recipe for all of you newly health conscious foodies and those of you just looking to spice up your routine salads!

Ingredients:

2 avocados
1 carton cherry tomatoes
1 carton tomato basil feta cheese (or any kind of feta you like)
1 box/bag organic spring mix salad
Red wine vinaigrette salad dressing
1 Lemon or lime
Optional: Italian Seasoning

Chop ripe avocados into cubes and slice your tomatoes. Combine organic spring mix with the avocado cubes, diced tomatoes, and feta cheese in a large salad bowl. Add a few tablespoons of vinaigrette and squeeze the lemon or lime into the bowl, toss and serve. You can remix this simple and delicious salad simply by adding candied pecans, grilled chicken or shrimp, thinly sliced red onions or simply change up the dressing. Either way, I guarantee it’ll be a hit.
