For 21 days I am documenting what I eat. All meals are 100% plant-based, vegan, and mostly alkaline. Today I had quinoa with blueberries and almonds for breakfast, a banana hemp protein shake for lunch, and alkaline mock beef patties for dinner – along with about a half a gallon of water.
