Beef tapa is a type of Filipino dish which is typically served for breakfast.
Beef sirloin is marinated in soy sauce, vinegar, coca cola, garlic, pepper
and other ingredients to make it more tasty and tender. It is best served
with a fried egg, sinangag or fried rice and we call it TAPSILOG, TAP is for
beef tapa, SI is for sinangag and LOG is stands for itlog (egg). It is
also a perfect paired with a cup of coffee.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
150 ml coca cola
1 tsp ground pepper
5 cloves garlic
30g oyster sauce
700g beef sirloin
2 tbsp butter (optional)
