Chicken Lollipop is a spicy and yummy recipe to give a try.
To make chicken lollipop recipe you will need the following ingredients:
1/2 kg chicken drummet (For the drummet cut along the circumference of the thin end so that the
bone and the meat are no longer connected. Then push down the meat so the drummet becomes a
lollipop.)
For marination you will need:
2 tbl spoon soya sauce
1 tbl spoon ginger garlic paste
1 tbl spoon turmeric powder
1/2 tbl spoon pepper powder
1/2 lemon squeezed
salt as needed
For preparing batter:
1/4 cup corn flour
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 tbl spoon kashmiri chilli powder
1 egg
For seasoning:
4 to 5 garlic cloves chopped
a small piece of ginger chopped finely
1/2 tbl spoon chilli sauce
1/2 tbl spoon tomato sauce
Oil as needed
For garnishing:
coriander leaves
Step 1: Take an empty bowl and add the items that are to be marinated
Step 2: Add chicken lollipop to the marinate and mix will and keep it aside for half hour
Step 3: Prepare the batter with the above lised items.
Step 4: After half hour take the chicken lollipop and dip it into the batter
Step 5: Take a pan and heat it. Pour oil once its hot.
Step 6: Add the chicken lollipop to the oil and deep fry for 4 to 5 minutes
Step 7: Chicken lollipop recipe is ready to be served
Step 8: To make the second variant, take another pan and pour little oil to it.
Step 9: Once the pan is hot use the above said seasoning ingredients.
Step 10: Add chicken to it and mix well. In 2 minutes tasty, yummy and spicy chicken lollipop
recipe is ready.
