Honey Garlic Chicken Breast:
500 g / 1 lb chicken breast , boneless and skinless (2 pieces)
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup / 60g flour
50 g / 3.5 tbsp unsalted butter (or 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil)
2 garlic cloves , minced
1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white or other clear vinegar)
1 tbsp light soy sauce (or all purpose)
1/3 cup / 90g honey (or maple syrup)
15 Minute Garlic Butter Chicken (Keto):
2 medium chicken breasts cut in half horizontally
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian season
Salt and pepper to taste
Crushed red chili pepper flakes optional
2 tablespoons butter
3-4 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley or cilantro
Guacamole Stuffed Chicken Breast:
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1¼ – 1½ lb. total weight)
1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp. diced red onion
¼ cup chopped tomato
1 tsp. lime juice
¾ tsp. salt divided
2 large eggs
1 cup plain panko breadcrumbs
2 tsp. lime zest
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. chili powder
¼ tsp. ground cumin
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
Cooking spray
Rosemary Lemon Roasted Chicken Breasts:
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 medium free-range organic chicken breasts — 330g
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves — 1g
1 teaspoon smoked paprika — 2.1g
1 tablespoon lemon juice — 15ml
6 garlic cloves
5 slices lemon — more for garnishing
salt and ground black pepper
3 fresh rosemary sprigs — plus 4 more for garnishing
Ham & Cheese Chicken Rollups:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt, for chicken
¼ teaspoon pepper, for chicken
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 slices ham
4 slices provolone cheese
1 cup flour (125 g)
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumb (115 g)
3 cups broccoli floret (450 g)
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Pesto Stuffed Chicken:
3 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
12 sundried tomatoes
3 tablespoons pesto
3 oz shredded mozzarella cheese (85 g), shredded
3 tablespoons oil, for pan frying
Baked Chicken Breast:
3 medium chicken breasts — 4-5 oz each
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
