APPLE CARROT SMOOTHIE
1 Apple, Peeled and Chopped
1 Banana
2 Cups Carrot Juice
1/2 Apple Juice
3/4 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 Tablespoon Honey
COMBINE the ingredients in the blender.
